ImprovementsThis year's programme includes:

  • Kitchen, Bathroom and re-wires in the Calton brick built properties – Work currently underway with City Building
  • New Double glazed windows in our listed building properties – Work currently underway with City Building
  • Kitchen, Bathrooms and re-wires in our tenements on Greenhead Street, Tullis St, James St and Greenlodge Terrace – work currently underway with City Building
  • Kitchens, Bathrooms, re-wires, window and heating renewals in specific properties on Reid Street, Dale Street and Franklin Street – CCG are programmed to commence works in late October
  • Refurbishment of close at 220 Millroad Street and Cladding of the block
  • Tendering and consultation re render at former GHA properties in Castlemilk
